The move brings Ventcroft's Runcorn facility under the NKT brand, combining its fire-resistant and low-voltage cable expertise with NKT's broader product portfolio, according to a same-day release. The rebranding is expected to bolster collaboration across sales, operations, logistics, testing and production, while expanding NKT's presence in the UK market.
