According to the news, recently, Tianji Holdings announced that the Group has formally signed a letter of intent for strategic cooperation with OzBeat AI Group PTY LTD (OzBeat AI), an Australian artificial intelligence technology company. The two sides plan to develop strategic cooperation in the fields of artificial intelligence-generated content (AIGC), AI content identity and digital copyright infrastructure, AI digital employee systems, and creator services and commercialization ecosystems, and explore the integration of related technologies and applications into the Group's digital platform and future artificial intelligence business ecosystem.

The board of directors believes that this strategic cooperation is in line with the Group's long-term development direction of expanding the artificial intelligence and digital content ecosystem and improving AI platform service capabilities. If the relevant cooperation is gradually implemented, it will help the Group strengthen AIGC content recognition, AI usage disclosure and source recording capabilities; explore AI digital employees and enterprise-level AI application scenarios; expand the commercial ecosystem of AI content, digital copyright and creator services; and further connect with international digital content data and related industry ecosystems.
