05:21 AM EDT, 10/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Stellantis (STLAM.MI, STLAP.PA) reported a 1% annual decline in estimated consolidated shipments for the third quarter, weighed down by the company's planned summer production shutdown in North America and lower volumes in the Turkish market. For the three months ended Sept. 30, the European automaker's estimated consolidated shipments fell to 1,286,000 units from 1,300,000 units a year before, according to a Tuesday release. The lower volume of vehicles delivered to dealers, distributors, retail and fleet customers during the quarter was primarily attributed to a 12% fall in shipments in North America to 357,000 units, with the shutdown mainly hitting the production of certain models of its Jeep brand. In the Middle East and North Africa region, shipments dropped 21% to 75,000 units amid weaker market conditions in Turkey and the regional conflict affecting Gulf Cooperation Council countries. While Stellantis also logged declines in shipments in South America and Asia Pacific, the company saw a 10% increase in shipments in the Enlarged Europe region to 588,000 units, largely driven by higher demand for battery electric vehicles. Stellantis shares were down 1% in Milan and Paris as of late Tuesday morning.
