IsoEnergy's Stock Sinks To CA$13.25, But Insiders Sold Even Lower
Share
Listen to the news

Even though IsoEnergy Ltd. (TSE:ISO) has fallen by 10% over the past week , insiders who sold CA$545k worth of stock over the past year have had less luck. Insiders might have been better off holding onto their shares, given that the average selling price of CA$16.52 is still below the current share price.

While insider transactions are not the most important thing when it comes to long-term investing, we do think it is perfectly logical to keep tabs on what insiders are doing.

The Last 12 Months Of Insider Transactions At IsoEnergy

Over the last year, we can see that the biggest insider sale was by the CEO & Director, Phillip Williams, for CA$319k worth of shares, at about CA$15.59 per share. We generally don't like to see insider selling, but the lower the sale price, the more it concerns us. It's of some comfort that this sale was conducted at a price well above the current share price, which is CA$13.25. So it is hard to draw any strong conclusion from it.
