06:33 AM EDT, 10/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The European Commission cleared the joint acquisition of Baltic Grain Terminal, or BTZ, by Denmark-based logistics company CM Holding and Swiss agribusiness and food company Bunge Global. The regulator said Tuesday that the deal, which mainly relates to port terminal services in Poland, would not raise competition concerns.
