(NASDAQ:VIAV) today announced that the U.S. Army's Threat Systems Management Office (TSMO), under Portfolio Acquisition Executive C2/CC2, has selected the VIAVI T/Rx software defined transceiver system to provide electromagnetic spectrum (EMS) environment at Army test ranges recently opened to private industry.
