Enerflex is a Canadian energy equipment and service company. The company mainly manufactures natural gas compression, oil and gas processing, refrigeration systems and power generation equipment. It also provides full-process support from design, manufacturing, construction to commissioning and service. Its business covers various regions such as North America, South America, the Middle East, and the Asia-Pacific region.
Enerflex said that the newly obtained contract, together with the approximately 450MW contract announced by the company on October 1, has a total backlog of orders for gas power generation projects after the schedule exceeds 1.75 GW, and related equipment is scheduled to be delivered until 2028. The company said that to support the execution of this backlog of orders, the company has approved an investment of approximately $100 million in its Engineered Systems (Engineered Systems) facilities and related capabilities, of which $15 million has been included in the 2026 capital expenditure guidelines.
Paul Mahoney, president and CEO of Enerflex, said: “Demand for reliable mains electricity that does not require grid access and can support the development of artificial intelligence and digital infrastructure continues to grow.”
