Sinda Ltd. (NYSE: SIND) ("Sinda" or the "Company") today announced a new appointment to its Board of Directors and changes to the Executive Leadership Team. Effective October 12, 2026, the size of the Board has been increased to nine members and Alberto Zinser has been appointed to the Board. Additionally, effective October 13, 2026, Scott Cole has been appointed interim Chief Financial Officer, and Alvaro Gomez has been appointed Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Development. Luis Barreto will cease to serve as Chief Financial Officer, also effective October 13, 2026.
