Braemar also recently sold other luxury hotels like the Ritz-Carlton Sarasota in Florida, the Hotel Yountville and the Bardessono Hotel and Spa, both in Yountville, California and the Pier House Resort & Spa in Key West, Florida.

The Four Seasons originally opened in 1999 and includes a 9,000-square-foot spa, multiple restaurants and bars, bi-level pool, two golf courses, four pickleball courts, and two tennis courts.

Out of the 210 guest rooms at the Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale, 22 are suites. The property also has 35,900 square feet of total indoor and landscaped outdoor event space including three ballrooms and two dedicated boardrooms.
