JLL arranged the $20.55 million sale of Hilliard Rome Commons, a 106,922-square-foot power center located at 1710 Hilliard Rome Road in Hilliard, Ohio.

JLL represented the seller, RCG Ventures, LLC, in the transaction. CASTO acquired the asset. Built in 2002, Hilliard Rome Commons is a 100% occupied retail center anchored by Burlington, HomeGoods, Ulta Beauty, pOpshelf, Buffalo Wild Wings and a separately parceled Bank of America outparcel. The JLL Capital Markets team was led by Managing Director Michael Nieder and Director Brian Page.

The center also features a diverse mix of complementary retailers, restaurants and service providers, creating a daily-needs and discretionary shopping destination for residents throughout the western Columbus metropolitan area. The property’s tenancy is supported by long-standing tenant relationships and a history of leasing momentum.

“Investors were drawn to the combination of a fully leased center, a nationally recognized tenant lineup and a separately parceled Bank of America outparcel that provides future flexibility for ownership,” said Nieder.
