On October 13, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs held working talks with the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Party Committee and Government. Zhang Zhu, Party Secretary and Minister of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and Li Yifei, Secretary of the Party Committee of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, attended the talks. Zhang Zhu said that the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs will thoroughly study and apply the “10 Million Project” experience to support Ningxia to further improve various agricultural and rural tasks. Carefully summarize and enhance Minning's collaborative experience, lead and drive collaborative work between east and west, keep a close eye on normalized assistance, and stick to the bottom line that large-scale return to poverty does not occur. Refine and strengthen industries with rural characteristics, further improve the agricultural cooperation mechanism, and promote the construction of livable and workable and beautiful villages according to local conditions, so that the peasant masses can feel and benefit. Firmly promote the construction of high-standard farmland, promote a balanced increase in large-scale production of grain and oil crops, and continuously improve comprehensive agricultural production capacity, quality and efficiency. We hope that the Ministry and the region will further strengthen communication and coordination, resonate with the same frequency, and form joint efforts to vigorously and effectively promote all aspects of rural revitalization.
