12:33 AM EDT, 10/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Figeac Aero (FGA.PA) completed the acquisition of Bodycote Sud-Ouest, the aerospace-focused business of London-listed thermal processing and heat treatment specialist Bodycote (BOY.L). The transaction also covered a production facility in Cambes, France, which supports orders for the A350 widebody program of aircraft manufacturer Airbus (AIR.PA, AIR.F), according to a Tuesday release. The Paris-listed aeronautical equipment company intends to rename the facility Figeac AÉRO Cambes after consolidation.
