01:20 AM EDT, 10/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Financial services company Føroya Banki (FOBANK.CO) intends to issue senior non-preferred bonds worth 250 million Danish kroner, according to a Tuesday release. The bonds are priced at three months Copenhagen Interbank Offered Rate plus an additional spread of 2.00%, with a maturity of six years and an option to call after four years, subject to the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority's approval. Settlement is scheduled for Oct. 20.
