01:24 AM EDT, 10/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Heritage tourism operator Kaleon (ALKLN.PA) acquired an 80% stake in Navigazione Isole Borromee Lago Maggiore, a passenger boat operator on Lake Maggiore, in a deal valuing the company at an enterprise value of 2 million euros. The passenger boat transport company operates five boats with five water taxi licenses and generated about 790,000 euros in revenue in 2025, according to a Tuesday release. Its existing management will keep the remaining 20% stake and is eligible for a conditional earn-out. Kaleon holds a call option to buy the remaining stake to reach full ownership.
