01:47 AM EDT, 10/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Dekuple Group (DKUPL.PA) acquired a majority stake in SAY, an Italian omnichannel marketing and communications agency, according to a Wednesday release. SAY, which operated offices in Padua and Milan, Italy, was integrated into Dekuple's financial statements as of Oct. 1, 2026. The Paris-listed communications and data marketing group said the transaction will help bolster its presence across Europe in line with its Ambition 2030 strategy.
