02:31 AM EDT, 10/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Helium One Global (HE1.L) raised 3 million pounds sterling through a placing of 1,034,482,758 new ordinary shares, according to a Wednesday filing. The helium explorer will also issue an additional 10,344,827 shares instead of cash to pay certain fees in the placing. The proceeds are earmarked for the development of Helium One's Galactica-Pegasus project in Colorado, US, and paying the annual mining license fee for the southern Rukwa Helium project. The placing and fee shares are expected to commence trading on the London bourse on Oct. 28.
