Premier Li Qiang of the State Council attended the “70 Years of Canton Communication in the World” symposium in Guangzhou on the morning of October 14. After listening to the speeches of overseas buyers and representatives of exhibitors, Li Qiang said that in the 70 years since the Canton Fair was held, it has continued to grow and expand along with China's opening up and development. It has not only become a beautiful business card for China to open up to the outside world, but also an important window for the world to observe China. The Canton Fair is a rare one-stop trade platform with a complete range of categories, convenient and efficient in the world. At the same time, it brings together the latest products and technologies. It has not only become a major stage for traditional goods trade, but also a weather vane for the development of new types of trade. Adhering to the purpose of “Canton exchange the world and mutual benefit the world”, the Canton Fair has not only become a link for Sino-foreign economic and trade cooperation, but also a bridge to enhance understanding and friendship.
