At the regular press conference of the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs held on October 14, a Japanese media reporter asked: According to reports, Russia announced that the Chinese delegation from Heilongjiang visited the four northern islands yesterday. What comments does the Chinese side have on this? In response, Foreign Ministry Spokesman Mao Ning said that a delegation from Heilongjiang Province recently visited Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, the capital of Russia's Sakhalin Oblast, a friendly province of the province, to carry out friendly exchange activities with the local community. I will not comment on the commercial activities carried out by private enterprises during the visit.
