UBS listed five preferred European capital stocks with a “buy” rating in its latest quarterly earnings report, and is optimistic about their profit performance and upside in the energy infrastructure, automation, and industrial equipment sectors. UBS gave Italian cable manufacturer Prysman a target price of 175 euros. It is expected that its EBITDA for the third quarter will be about 3% higher than the market consensus. Driven by a 135% year-on-year surge in fiber prices in August, the median EBITDA guideline for the full year 2026 will increase by 3.5% to 2.9 billion to 3 billion euros; giving Schneider Electric a target price of 335 euros to raise its organic growth forecast for the third quarter to 15.9%, and believes that the organic growth guide for the whole year is expected to rise from 10% to 13% to 11% to 14%; it is expected that Siemens Energy will increase its target price of 210 euros Orders and EBITA for the fourth fiscal quarter were higher than market consensus of 2.5% and 1.5%, respectively. The profit margin for power grid technology is expected to exceed 20.5% with the commissioning of new production capacity in the US; given Weir Group a target price of 3250 pence, it is expected that with the mining sector's low base and new orders, organic growth in the third quarter will reach 8% and have the potential for double-digit growth; it is expected that ANDRITZ will once again exceed 2 billion euros in a single quarter, driven by large hydropower orders, and indicated that EVBITEBITE will once again exceed 2 billion euros in a single quarter. Valuation is only 9.6 Double, in a state of low allocation and undervaluation.
