04:04 AM EDT, 10/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Lexington Gold (LEX.L) said the South African Department of Mineral and Petroleum Resources renewed two prospecting rights for its Kroonstad gold project in South Africa for three years each. The renewal strengthens the gold exploration and development company's tenure at the project to 26,275 hectares, according to a Wednesday filing. Lexington Gold noted that the renewals completed the deferred consideration milestone for issuing 18,580,646 new shares under the White Rivers Exploration acquisition arrangements.
