04:09 AM EDT, 10/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Schroder Real Estate Investment Trust (SREI.L) secured nine lettings worth 1.2 million pounds sterling in annual rent since Aug. 5. The real estate investment trust said Wednesday the vacant unit lettings are 11% ahead of its June 30 estimated rental value. Additionally, it noted that it has agreed to let a vacant space spanning 62,500 square feet to an undisclosed party. If signed, the new agreement would add 1.1 million pounds in annual rent.
