04:42 AM EDT, 10/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Sunda Energy's (SNDA.L) petroleum exploration proposal for the Taranaki Basin in New Zealand has become exclusive after the competitive process for the permit ended. The gas-focused exploration and appraisal company said Wednesday the New Zealand Petroleum and Minerals regulatory agency will now review its proposal for the permit, which the company cautioned is not guaranteed.
