06:29 AM EDT, 10/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The European Commission cleared renewable energy project company Mitsubishi HC Capital Energy and solar power plant developer Sun Trinity's joint acquisition of Bruc Japan and Bruc Japan 2. The regulator said Wednesday that the deal, which concerns Japanese solar electricity production and wholesale supply, would not raise competition concerns.
