12:48 PM EDT, 10/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Fastighetsbolaget Emilshus (EMIL-B.ST) will acquire nine light industrial properties in Sweden's Östergötland and Skåne regions for 341 million kronor across four deals. The Swedish real estate company said Wednesday the properties cover a total of 28,877 square meters, with a 98% occupancy rate, an annual rental value of 31 million kronor, and an average remaining lease term of 4.6 years. Transactions for properties worth 113 million kronor have closed, with the remaining acquisitions expected to complete in the fourth quarter of 2026.
