11:28 PM EDT, 10/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Vinci (DG.PA) unit Vinci Energies completed the acquisition of All for One Group (A1OS.F), with an 87.33% shareholding in the IT, consulting and services company after the settlement of its voluntary public tender offer. The French concessions and construction company's subsidiary launched the tender offer in July, according to a Wednesday release.
