01:26 AM EDT, 10/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Aryzta's (ARYN.SW) board will nominate Heiner Kamps for election as its new chairman at the annual general meeting in May 2027, according to a Thursday release. Kamps, who will succeed Urs Jordi, has been a member of the Swiss bakery company's board since 2020 and currently serves as lead independent director.
