03:03 AM EDT, 10/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- NCC (NCC-A.ST) secured a contract from the City of Helsinki in Finland to refurbish and upgrade a heritage-listed elementary school and a preschool. The agreement, valued at 170 million kronor, includes renovating the ground-floor structure, windows, interior finishes, and facades, as well as upgrading the outdoor area, the Swedish construction company said Thursday. Refurbishment is set to start in early 2027 and is expected to finish by late 2028.
