05:14 AM EDT, 10/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Uru Metals (URU.L) secured an extension for the convertible loan it secured from Boothbay Absolute Return Strategies to Dec. 31. The London-listed mineral exploration and development company said Thursday that the lender also committed to not convert into shares any unpaid amount under the loan until the new repayment date.
