Zhitong Finance App News, iFLYTEK (02506) announced that on October 14, 2026, the Company signed a cooperation framework agreement (Cooperative Framework Agreement) with Ruici Healthcare Holdings Co., Ltd. (Ruici Healthcare, a company listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange, stock code: 1526, together with its subsidiaries collectively known as “Ruici Medical Group”).

According to the cooperation framework agreement, the contracting parties agreed to cooperate in the following areas: (i) the Company authorized Shanghai Ruici Medical to use several functions of the company's iFLY Spark Medical Model, including but not limited to self-testing of symptoms, drug inquiries and interpretation of reports; (ii) connecting user health data with express authorization from users; and (iii) exploring commercial health management solutions, including joint promotion of health management packages and cross-selling related products and services through physical examination business channels.

The board of directors believes that this strategic cooperation with Ritz Healthcare is a key step for iFLYX Medical to move from technical capability to service implementation. A physical examination is a natural entry point for health management, and it is also the easiest scenario to form a closed loop. As a leading force in the private medical examination industry, Ritz Healthcare serves millions of people a year. In real, high-frequency, and structured service scenarios, iFLYX Medical provides large-scale verification scenarios: from understanding requirements before the examination and decision support during the examination to continuous management after the examination, AI is embedded in the complete health service link. Using Ritz Healthcare as a benchmark for private medical examination cooperation, the “AI+ physical examination” model jointly explored by the two parties will settle into a replicable industry paradigm.

The board of directors believes that the establishment of a cooperative framework agreement will help the Group promote large-scale verification and commercialization of AI medical models and intelligent health assistant products in medical examinations and health management scenarios, enhance the health service user experience, and meet the overall interests of the company and its shareholders.
