The company’s common shares will continue to trade under the ticker "PAPL" until the ticker change to "PTIV" becomes effective on NYSE American, which is anticipated to occur on or about October 26, 2026. The corporate renaming to "Pentiv Inc." remains subject to shareholder approval at the company’s upcoming meeting of shareholders.
