09:19 AM EDT, 10/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Aegon (AGN.AS) completed the exchange of all Class B common shares held by its largest shareholder, Vereniging Aegon Americas. The Dutch financial services group swapped the shares for ordinary stock with equal voting rights on a 40-to-1 basis, according to a Thursday filing. Following the exchange, interim bylaws approved at Aegon's general meeting on Oct. 8 took effect.
