10:03 AM EDT, 10/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Infineon Technologies (IFX.F) entered a multi-year agreement with US semiconductor company Wolfspeed for the supply of 200-millimeter silicon carbide wafers. The deal builds on an existing supply partnership and supports the German semiconductor maker's shift from 150-millimeter to 200-millimeter wafer manufacturing, according to a Thursday release.
