Meanwhile, in July 2026, Kangyueda® was officially included in the “National Essential Drug Catalogue (2026 Edition)”, which will take effect from September 1, 2026. According to the relevant regulations on basic drugs, public medical institutions at all levels across the country must equip and prioritize the use of drugs in the catalogue as required, further broaden terminal prescription scenarios, and enhance drug accessibility.

The approval for marketing of spoximab was based on a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled phase III clinical study of the efficacy and safety of 180 young patients aged 12 years <18. The study results showed that in the 18th week of treatment, up to 73.9% of patients achieved an EASI-75 response, which was significantly higher than that of the placebo group (43.3%, P<0.0001). Up to 57.1% of patients achieved IGA response, which was significantly superior to the placebo group (25.0%, P<0.0001). In addition, PP-NRS improved by 49.5% compared to baseline for patients in the spiqibizumab group. In terms of safety, the incidence of adverse events (TEAEs) during treatment was comparable to that of the placebo group, and mostly mild to moderate. Furthermore, compared with the results of the adult study, the safety of young adults with moderate to severe AD was good, and no new safety signals were found.
