The holding company for Washington Federal Savings Bank posted revenue of $374.6 million in the period. Its revenue net of interest expense was $220.4 million, also topping Street forecasts. Three analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $201.5 million.

For the year, the company reported profit of $255.9 million, or $3.21 per share. Revenue was reported as $814.7 million.
