03:28 AM EDT, 10/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Serval Resources (SRVL.L) raised gross proceeds of 518,862 pounds sterling through the completion of a retail offer of shares on Thursday. The offer comprised 2,075,448 new shares priced at 0.25 pound apiece, the UK-listed metals explorer said Friday. Serval Resources noted that it raised a total of 7 million pounds through a firm and conditional placing, subscription, and the retail offer.
