The Zhitong Finance App learned that Yili Holdings (00076) rose more than 27%, and at one point rose more than 64% in early trading. As of press release, it rose 27.46% to HK$0.181, with a turnover of HK$4.6254 million.
According to the news, Yili Holdings announced that on October 15, 2026, Cityhill Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, plans to acquire 69% of AOMI Corporation's total issued share capital from Han Carvestone International Limited, at a maximum cost of about HK$754 million. Of this, HK$534 million will be settled in MUP and gold bars upon completion, and the balance (if any) will be paid in MUP, depending on the adjustment mechanism. If the acquisition is completed, it will be the starting point and foundation for the Group to establish a trading platform equipped with artificial intelligence and directly contacting consumers for the sale and distribution of food, daily necessities and services.
The directors believe that the acquisition will enable the Group to broaden its revenue base and enhance its technical capabilities, particularly providing technical support for the platform-based transformation of its graphite business. After completion, the Group plans to gradually expand its Australian search business outside of Macau. At the same time, this move is expected to accelerate the transformation of the Group's graphite business to a digital and intelligent platform model through the development of a digital trading platform for graphite products, and enhance the Group's ability to seize the opportunities brought about by the development of artificial intelligence.
