03:46 AM EDT, 10/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Insig AI (INSG.L) changed its registered name to Candessa AI, following shareholder approval, according to a Friday filing. The analytics and machine learning group's ticker on the London bourse's AIM segment will also change to CAS from INSG beginning Oct. 19. The company noted that the name change does not affect existing shareholdings and existing share certificates will remain valid.
