04:09 AM EDT, 10/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Helix Exploration (HEX.L) secured permission from the Montana Board of Oil and Gas Conservation to restart operations at its Rudyard facility in the US state, effective immediately. The regulator granted an exemption allowing the UK-listed helium company to vent waste gas from the facility, enabling it to reopen, according to a Friday release. The board ordered production at Rudyard to pause in early September over the handling of associated gas.
