10:04 AM EDT, 10/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Mandatum (MANTA.HE) acquired Cliens Holding, the parent company of Swedish asset manager Cliens Kapitalförvaltning. The Finnish financial services company said Friday all customary conditions and regulatory approvals for the deal have been met.
