11:12 AM EDT, 10/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Partners Group Holding (PGHN.SW) is relying on parts of its loan documentation to keep hedge funds from buying debt of three of its portfolio companies as it works to refinance 6 billion euros of them, Bloomberg News reported Friday, citing people familiar with the matter. The portfolio companies are property manager Emeria, conveyor belt maker Ammega and watch manufacturer Breitling. The Swiss private equity firm has reportedly refused requests from hedge funds and other specialist investors to join Emeria's approved lender list. Partners Group did not immediately respond to a request for a comment from MT Newswires. (Market Chatter news is derived from conversations with market professionals globally.
