Online AI medical service capabilities are being extended to offline hospital scenarios. Pengpai News learned that Zhiyuan Lingxi X2 has participated in outpatient services at Peking University People's Hospital, an established top three hospital, as a “silicon-based receptionist.” This is a hospital smart guidance project implemented by Zhiyuan in collaboration with Ant Afu. Relying on Ant Afu's AI medical assistant's multi-modal intelligent question-and-answer capabilities, Lingxi X2 can provide patients and visitors with multiple services such as department guidance, consultation on medical insurance policies, and in-hospital site navigation. At the same time, by connecting to the hospital's private knowledge base, Lingxi X2 can combine in-hospital information to output standardized medical treatment responses, help patients obtain the information they need, and also share the pressure of basic consultation work with the guide desk. According to operating data from Peking University People's Hospital, as of September 30, Lingxi X2 worked on the outpatient navigation desk for 66 working days, completing a total of 46,686 interactions, an average of about 707 times a day, and the highest number of interactions in a single day reached 1,420. Zhiyuan said that with the deepening and deployment of subsequent applications, the project will further accumulate interaction and operation experience in hospital scenarios, explore and form smart medical service models that can be replicated and promoted on a large scale, and provide a demonstration path for AI service upgrades in the top three largest hospitals.
