01:50 AM EDT, 10/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Ackermans & van Haaren (ACKB.BR) agreed to increase its stake in Belgian integrated logistics services company Van Moer Logistics to 39.77%. The marine engineering company will carry out the transaction through its wholly owned subsidiary AvH Growth Capital, according to a Monday release.
