02:28 AM EDT, 10/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- British drugmaker GSK's (GSK.L) antibody-drug conjugate risvutatug rezetecan demonstrated "positive anti-tumor activity" in the Embold PanTumour-101 trial involving patients with relapsed, extensive-stage small cell lung cancer. The treatment, also known as Ris-Rez, achieved an objective response rate of 61% at the 8 milligram per kilogram dose, compared with 32% at the 6 mg/kg dose, according to data from the phase 1b dose-optimization portion of the trial released Monday. GSK said the treatment showed a manageable safety profile at both dose levels at a median follow-up of 100.5 days.
