04:00 AM EDT, 10/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Akola Group (AKO1L.VS) increased its interest in Lithuanian natural bubble tea producer OMG Bubble Tea to 51% for an undisclosed sum. The Lithuanian agricultural and food production group previously acquired a minority stake in the company in 2024, according to a Monday release. UAB OMG Bubble Tea reported sales revenue of 9.5 million euros in 2025. The transaction follows AB Akola Group's strategy of investing in high-potential growth companies.
