04:00 AM EDT, 10/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- TKM Grupp (TKM1T.TL) agreed to acquire three security systems wholesale distributors in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania through its subsidiaries Walde AS and Walde SIA. The retail and trading group said Monday that SIA Evidence Network, Evidence Network Eesti OÜ, and UAB Evidence Network Lietuva generated a combined revenue of 14.1 million euros and a profit of 700,000 euros in 2025. The transaction is subject to approval from the competition authority and completion of other steps.
