04:46 AM EDT, 10/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Eco (Atlantic) Oil & Gas (ECO.L) completed a direct equity subscription of 18 million new shares, raising US$7.7 million. The Atlantic Margin-focused oil and gas exploration company said Monday that it sold the shares to existing shareholders at 0.325 pound sterling apiece. Net proceeds from the share sale will be used to improve the company's financial position as it advances its assets and exploration activities. The shares are due to be admitted to trading on London's AIM on Tuesday.
