05:31 AM EDT, 10/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- AB Ignitis Grupe (IGN.L) plans to launch an offering of 300 million euros in European green bonds and a concurrent tender offer for the outstanding 300 million euros of its 2% notes due July 14, 2027. The planned offering of the five-year senior unsecured bonds remains subject to market conditions, according to a Monday release. The renewables-focused utility company intends to use proceeds from the potential offering to repurchase the notes under the tender offer.
