05:57 AM EDT, 10/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Offshore wind farm services company Cadeler plc is seeking a listing on Euronext Oslo Børs, according to a Monday notice. Cadeler A/S (CADLR.OL) previously launched a 1:1 share-for-share exchange offer for its shareholders to swap their Cadeler A/S shares for Cadeler plc shares. The offer was initiated to facilitate its planned redomiciliation to the UK from Denmark.
