According to the terms of the agreement, Jietai Technology will collect a down payment of more than 10 million US dollars and is eligible to receive development, regulatory and commercial milestone payments totaling up to about 1.1 billion US dollars. In addition, Jietai Technology will also be eligible to receive a single-digit percentage tiered royalties based on the annual net sales of products generated by the cooperation.
According to the agreement, Jietai Technology will use aILNP, its proprietary AI-based AI-based ionizable lipid discovery and optimization platform to develop a next-generation delivery technology with the potential to improve the targeting and biological distribution of LNP delivery. Eli Lilly will provide its expertise in drug discovery, development and commercialization to support the advancement of collaboration.
