According to the Zhitong Finance App, Zijin Gold International (02259) announced that in January-September 2026, revenue was US$5.809 billion, up 70% year on year; parent company owners should account for profit of US$2,015 billion, up 123% year on year.

In the nine months ended September 30, 2026, the Group achieved a total of about 41 tons of mineral gold, an increase of about 28% over the previous year. Revenue, profit attributable to parent company owners, and net cash flow from operating activities increased sharply by about 70%, 123% and 157%, respectively, fully demonstrating the Group's continuous improvement in the efficiency of resource integration and refined operation management, as well as the stable operation of mature mines and the integrated synergy of newly acquired mines.

During the reporting period, the production and operation of the Group's eight active holding mines was basically stable. Some mines were affected by phased factors such as equipment maintenance and changes in geological conditions in the third quarter of 2026, and the production pace was slightly lower; in the third quarter, the Group actively promoted a number of technical reforms and equipment upgrades aimed at consolidating the long-term production capacity base, including restoration of hollow shafts for Norton Jintian Paddington ball mills, treatment of the Aurora Lutte slope, Zeraf Shangilao/Taro supplementary exploration and expansion, and the addition of Ruiguoduo mining equipment, etc., which will lay a solid foundation for production capacity release in the fourth quarter of 2026 and 2027.

During the reporting period, the Group's total cost of ownership (AISC) was 1,649 US dollars/ounce, maintaining the leading level in the global gold industry. The year-on-year changes are mainly due to: (1) due to a sharp rise in the price of gold, a corresponding increase in royalty fees based on the price of gold; (2) an increase in market prices for some raw materials.

Furthermore, in the fourth quarter of 2026, the Group will continue to increase mineral gold production in various mines, optimize beneficiation recovery rates, focus on cost control, further promote various mine technical reform and expansion projects, continue to increase exploration efforts, strengthen corporate governance and optimize ESG management, and create favorable conditions for the long-term steady development of the Group's business.
